For years, FaxFinder has represented the market's easiest option for a turnkey, appliance-based fax server. While FaxFinder X50 can now be deployed on-premise virtually using HyperV and VMware environments, having a dedicated appliance is still preferred in some instances. Designed specifically for the FaxFinder X50 server, the new hardware is significantly faster, stores more faxes, and still built by Multi-Tech Systems, Inc.

As the market continues to shift and the long-term availability and viability of analog technology dwindles, so does how analog fax solutions are deployed. The FaxFinder X50 appliance does not include modems. For analog deployments, the use of VOIP gateways is required. No additional hardware is required for fax-over-IP or etherFAX deployments.
